Types of data processed and purposes of processing.
With regard to the former, please note that browsing the website does not require the user to provide any personal data. However, any contact with the Data Controller, for example, to request information on a specific service by spontaneously sending messages, emails, or regular mail to the Data Controller's contact details listed on the Website, will result in the subsequent acquisition of the sender's personal data, which is necessary to respond to the requests, as well as any other personal data voluntarily provided by the user in the relevant communications (the communication of personal data relating to a minor must be made by both parents or by the person exercising parental responsibility over the minor). Regarding navigation data, please note that the computer systems and programs used to operate the site collect certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g., IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, time of request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numerical code indicating the status of the server response (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment). Although this information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, by its nature it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. Purpose of Processing:
The Personal Data provided by the Data Subject and collected by the casachanel.it website are used solely to enable efficient use of the services offered, for example, responding to any requests received via email. Only with the explicit and separate consent of the Data Subject may the Personal Data provided by the Data Subject be used to conduct marketing activities, including the transmission of advertising materials or invitations to events or other activities promoted directly or indirectly by the Company. The Data Subject's Personal Data may be used by the Data Controller to defend itself in court, or in the preparatory stages leading to legal action, against improper use of the website or related services by the Data Subject. Data Processing Methods – Retention
Data will be processed automatically and/or manually, using methods and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR. Personal Data will be retained only for the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and subsequently processed, and in any case for no longer than 10 years after the termination of the business relationship and 2 years for marketing purposes. Data Recipients
Personal Data may be disclosed to entities belonging to the following categories: i) affiliated companies, ii) entities providing services for the management of the information system used by the Company and telecommunications networks (including email), iii) firms or companies providing assistance, consulting, and service provision in any sector, and iv) competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request. The Data Controller ensures that the disclosure of Personal Data to the aforementioned recipients only concerns the data necessary to achieve the specific purposes for which they are intended. The Personal Data collected by the Data Controller is stored in its databases and will be processed exclusively by authorized personnel. These personnel will be provided with specific instructions on the methods and purposes of processing. The list of data processors is constantly updated and available at the Data Controller's headquarters. Furthermore, such data will not be disclosed to third parties, except as provided above and, in any case, within the limits indicated therein. Finally, Personal Data will not be disclosed, except in the cases described above and/or required by law. Nature of the Provision and Refusal
Consent to the processing of Personal Data is optional, and therefore the Data Subject is free to withhold consent. However, failure to provide consent may prevent FFCSRLS from fulfilling its requests or from using the services offered by the Data Controller (e.g., marketing activities). Failure to consent to the processing of browsing data pursuant to Article 3 will prevent the User from accessing certain sections of the site.

Data subject rights
Data subjects have the right to obtain from F.F.C. S.R.L.S., where applicable, access to their personal data and the rectification or erasure of such data, the restriction of processing concerning them, or the right to object to such processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation).
