Guest Regulations

General requirements

    • All Guests must abide by the rules of this accommodation facility and other instructions provided during their stay at CASA CHANEL
    • Children are welcome, but Guests are fully responsible for their safety throughout their stay
    • Guests are responsible for any damage or deterioration to the property
    • It is forbidden to make modifications or repairs without the authorization of the owner or manager
    • Guests must immediately notify the owner or manager of any problems or complaints reported by neighbors.

Check-in and Check-out Operations

    • Check-in is from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
    • Check-out is expected by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
    • It is possible to agree with the owner or manager on different entry/exit times based on availability.

Noise and Disturbances

    • It is forbidden to produce excessive noise or disturb the neighbours after 10pm and until 8am, and in any case upon arrival and departure from the property.
    • Excessive noise is prohibited in any case and at any time, and may result in the termination of the guest's stay, eviction, loss of the amount paid for the entire stay and reduction of the deposit.

Visitors

    • Guests are not permitted to receive visitors during their stay.

Parties and Meetings

    • Parties and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited within the property.

Safety

    • Guests are responsible for the correct use of equipment and appliances
    • Improper or harmful use of the equipment is prohibited.
    • Guests must turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances such as the television when not in use, for safety and energy saving purposes.

Pets

    • No pets are allowed, not even small ones.

Smoke

    • Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Maximum Number of Guests

    • The maximum number of guests allowed is equal to the number of guests agreed upon at the time of booking, and in any case not exceeding the maximum permitted according to the Lazio Regional regulations regarding non-hotel facilities.

 

Compliance with the Rules

    • Guests are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Italy and Rome.

 

Communication

    • Guests are encouraged to communicate with the owner or manager in case of problems or needs during their stay.

 

Penalties and Compensation

    • In case of violation of the rules, Guests may be subject to penalties or compensation, including the possibility of immediate termination of the rental agreement and charges for any damages.

Acceptance of the Regulations

    • Guests, by booking, agree to abide by these regulations.

 

Cleaning and Maintenance

    • Guests are responsible for cleaning the holiday home during their stay and upon departure.
    • It is forbidden to leave waste that has not been disposed of correctly.
    • The stovetop is not included in the final cleaning fee. Guests are required to leave it clean upon checkout. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee may apply. In caso contrario, potrà essere applicato un addebito aggiuntivo per la pulizia straordinaria.
